Michelle Romero has been with the firm, as a paralegal, since November of 2017. Ms. Romero graduated from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte in May of 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science. During her studies, Ms. Romero was an active participant and member of the UNC Charlotte Model United Nations, NC Student Legislature, and UNCC Pre-Law Society, where she discovered her ambition and drive for a career in the legal field. In January 2018, Ms. Romero finished her Continuing Studies Paralegal Program at Duke University and since then has committed herself to helping others in her community, to seek justice for labor rights’ violations.
Ms. Romero is originally from Mexico, and while she is a native Spanish-speaker, she is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. As a minority, Ms. Romero can relate to the struggles and obstacles that many individuals face in the workplace. For this reason, she is grateful to be part of a firm that is dedicated to helping the Latino community, but that also works diligently to bring justice for all.
